We’re planning it ourselves, but we need some help.

Targeted supplier recommendations	Spend less time searching and comparing. Receive recommendations tailored to what you still need, your wedding plans and priorities — rather than spending hours trying to find the right suppliers yourself.
Personalised action plan	Know exactly what to do next. Walk away with a clear, prioritised plan of what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and where to focus your time.
Follow-up meeting	Stay on track after the Rescue. We’ll reconnect to review your progress, work through any new questions and make sure you’re confidently moving forward with your plans.

Supplier coordination, contact & final confirmations	No chasing suppliers in the final weeks. I’ll confirm timings, arrangements and key details with your suppliers, so everyone knows where they need to be and what needs to happen.
Final guest list management; Guest list & seating plan support	All of your guests will be accounted for. I will receive the final guest list and dietary requirements as part of the handover and check that the venue/caterer has the final information.
Master timeline / detailed Wedding Day running order	Everyone knows the plan. I’ll bring all the moving pieces together into one detailed Wedding Day timeline, helping your suppliers stay coordinated and your day flow smoothly.
Venue walkthrough	Work through the day before it happens. We’ll walk through the venue, confirm logistics and identify any final details or potential issues before the Wedding Day.
Final meeting	Go into your wedding feeling prepared. We’ll review the final arrangements, resolve outstanding questions and make sure you’re comfortable handing everything over to me.
Wedding Day coordination & point of contact	Be present for your wedding—not managing it. I’ll manage the timeline, suppliers, questions and unexpected issues on the day, so they come to me — not you or your family; meaning that you, your bridal party and your family can relax, celebrate and enjoy the day.

Planning roadmap	Know what to do and when. Your wedding planning is broken down into manageable steps, so you don’t have to constantly wonder what you should be doing next.
Invitations, Guest & RSVP coordination; Guest list & seating plan support	Know that all of your guests will be accounted for and the venue is kept up to date. I can support the invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, outstanding guest follow-up and dietary requirements, with final details coordinated with your venue. (Save the Dates can also be sent on your behalf)
Budget guidance & tracking	Make informed decisions about where your money goes. Keep track of costs and commitments while making choices that reflect your priorities and overall wedding budget.
Supplier comparisons & recommendations	Less research. Less comparing. More confidence. I’ll help narrow down suitable suppliers and compare your options, saving you hours of searching and helping you make confident choices.
Supplier booking and payment tracking	Know that supplier payments are on track and don’t get missed. Supplier payments tracking: deposit paid, balance due, due dates, contract received, insurance/documentation if relevant, final confirmation completed.
